Manage, restore or cancel your subscription
Apple handles Nudge Pro billing. To cancel or change plans, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Nudge. Nudge can't cancel or refund for you.
Cancel or change your plan
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Nudge.
- Choose a different plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also get there from the App Store app: tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions.
When you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, Apple says you might lose access right away. Apple shows you the date before you confirm.
Restore a purchase
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open Nudge, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
